How do I join?

To join, simply create a free Lexli customer account and you’ll automatically be registered. If you have an existing customer account, you're already enrolled in the loyalty program! 

What is the fee to participate?

There is no fee to join the Lexli ALOE Rewards program. While points are primarily earned on purchases, it is possible to earn points without buying product by sharing Lexli via social media.

Can I checkout as a guest and still earn points?

Unfortunately, no. The system has no way to recognize orders placed by those checking out as a guest. Therefore, it is essential that customers be logged into their Lexli customer account in order to earn points.

How many points do I earn for each dollar spent?

Point awards per dollar are different for each tier. Silver tier members earn 1 point per dollar, Gold tier members earn 2 points per dollar and Platinum tier members earn 3 points per dollar spent at www.lexli.com. Note that qualifying dollars are calculated after discounts and before tax. You can learn more about the benefits in each tier by viewing our program benefits chart above.

How do I find out how many points I have in my ALOE Rewards account?

Click the orange Lexli ALOE Rewards button in the bottom left corner of the Lexli homepage. If you are not signed into your account, you will be prompted to either join or sign in. After signing in, you will see your points balance prominently displayed. Here you can also redeem points for valuable rewards.

How do I reach a new program tier?

Program tier membership is based upon the total dollars spent at www.lexli.com by the owner of the account in the previous 365 days. All program participants are eligible for membership in the Silver tier. Gold benefits are for customers who spend more than $200 per year, while Platinum membership is limited to customers who spend more than $700 per year.

How soon after qualifying for a new tier will I begin receiving the benefits for that tier?

New tier benefits become available within 48 hours of qualifying.

Does my membership in a tier expire?

Membership in the Gold and Platinum tiers lasts for the remainder of the current year in which you qualify and the following year. At the end of the year, program participants either stay in the same tier or are moved into the appropriate tier based on their spending total over the previous 365 days.

How do I redeem my points?

Click the orange Lexli ALOE Rewards button in the bottom left corner of the Lexli website. If you are not signed into your account, you will be prompted to either join or sign in. After signing in, you will see your points balance prominently displayed and, below that, the rewards for which you are currently eligible. Simply click the “redeem” button besides the reward you wish to select.

Upon redeeming a reward, a store credit for the total amount of the reward will be placed on your Lexli customer account. The next time you place an order, you will see an option to apply the reward at checkout. (If you do not see the reward, ensure that you’re logged into the Lexli customer account tied to your Lexli ALOE Rewards program membership.) Please note that store credit cannot be used on Auto-Replenish orders.

Are points earned on auto-replenish orders?

Yes, ALOE Rewards points are earned on auto-replenishment shipments in the same manner that they are applied to orders placed manually.

Can points be used on auto-replenish orders?

Unfortunately, no. This is because auto-replenishment orders are handled via different software than one-time orders.

Do I earn points for Lexli purchases made at a licensed professional’s location?

No. Purchases made via licensed professionals do not use the lexli.com software so there is no way to earn points when buying via a professional. There are, however, other benefits that come through ordering via a licensed professional, including the professional guidance to ensure you are using the products properly to get best results.

Can Lexli ALOE Rewards redemptions be combined with coupon codes and promotions?

Yes. ALOE rewards are provided in the form of a store credit. Therefore, one coupon code may be added to the order.

Can I redeem multiple awards on a single order?

Yes. By redeeming multiple awards you will accrue a larger store credit that may be applied to an order.

If I redeem an award that is larger than the total cost of my order, will I lose the unused amount?

Nope! Lexli provides rewards in the form of a store credit. The maximum amount of the credit will be applied to the order, while any remaining value will stay in your customer account for application to a future order. For example, if you have a $25 order but place an order for just $20, you will have a credit of $5 remaining for a future order.

Once redeemed, do rewards ever expire?

No. The reward will remain in your customer account as a store credit that never expires.

Will my points ever expire?

Nope! As long as you’re a member of the Lexli ALOE Rewards program, earned points will remain in your account until they are redeemed for rewards.

Can I share my Lexli ALOE Rewards account, points, and/or awards with a friend?

No. Sharing your Lexli ALOE Rewards account, including allowing others to login using your credentials to share points or rewards, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for exclusion from the program.

What happens if I return an order?

When Lexli provides a refund on an order, the points are deducted from your account.

How do I update my contact information in the Lexli ALOE Rewards program?

Your contact information in the Lexli ALOE Rewards program represents the information on file in your Lexli customer account. Either update the information in your Lexli customer account online or contact our customer service team at customers@lexli.com to request any changes to contact information.

How do I cancel my membership in the Lexli ALOE Rewards program?

To cancel your membership in the Lexli ALOE Rewards program, please send your request to our customer service team at customers@lexli.com.

What do you do with the information you collect from me upon enrollment in the Lexli ALOE Rewards program?

Your online safety and security is important to us. For that reason, your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond our rewards program and storefront software. Read the Lexli privacy policy.

How does the refer-a-friend feature work?

When you share your personal referral link with a friend, they will be asked to register with Lexli. Once they register, they will get a $15 discount code they may use on their first purchase. As soon as they complete a purchase using your personal referral link, you will be awarded your $15 referral discount.

The refer-a-friend feature can be found under the "Refer Your Friends" heading in the orange Lexli ALOE Rewards tab on the bottom-left hand corner of most pages of the site.
