Four ALOE Rewards points for every dollar spent instead of the standard 2 points/$1.  Frequently Asked Questions: How do I qualify for the Lexli VIP Club? To qualify, you must spend a minimum of $600 at Lexli.com in a single calendar year (January 1 - December 31), after coupons and before taxes/shipping. If I checkout as a guest, will my purchases apply to VIP qualification? No. You must be logged into your Lexli customer account for your purchases to qualify for VIP. This is because our system is unable to attribute guest purchases to a specific customer, even if you already have a Lexli customer account. Unfortunately, if you checkout as a guest, we are unable to retroactively assign these purchases to your customer account. Therefore, it is imperative that loyal Lexli customers always log into their Lexli account. (Plus, it's the only way to earn ALOE Rewards points.) Are there limitations to Club membership? Lexli VIP Club membership is limited to retail customers only. At this time, membership is only open to customers who live in the continental United States. How do I find out how much I've spent year-to-date? The quickest way is to visit the Completed Orders page where you will find each of your purchases at Lexli.com. Be sure to calculate your total after coupons and before taxes/shipping. To verify your total with Lexli, please send an email to our Customer Care Team. Please allow 24 hours, Monday through Friday, for a response. I have multiple login accounts for Lexli.com. Will my year-to-date spend encompass all purchases made across email accounts? Lexli highly advises customers to use a single Lexli.com customer account. If you have trouble logging into an existing account, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will reset your password. Our team will do its best to ensure that purchases made by a customer using more than one login account will all be counted. However, we can not guarantee that all such instances will be caught. Therefore, if you feel your year-to-date total is inaccurate, please contact our Customer Care team. It is important to note that once you have gained membership in the Lexli VIP Club, benefits will be limited to one user account. How long are VIP Club benefits valid? VIP Club benefits are valid for one calendar year, expiring on December 31st. If I achieve VIP Club status this year, when will I receive my complimentary Lexli Holiday Kit? Your Lexli Holiday Kit will be sent by the end of January in the year in which your VIP benefits are active. (e.g. If you qualify for 2020 VIP status, your holiday kit will be sent by the end of January 2020.) May I share my VIP benefits with a friend? No. Per Lexli Terms & Conditions, customer account information may not be shared with a third party. Lexli reserves the right to cancel orders placed by a third party using a customer account that is not their own.
