Current Shipping Delays
Please note that Lexli ships most customer orders via USPS. Because USPS is experiencing delays, please allow extra time for your products to arrive - up to 14 days from the time it leaves the Lexli facility. It is advised that customers take note of the tracking number included in their shipment confirmation email and to monitor the progress of their shipments.
If it has been 14 days or more since your package left the Lexli shipping facility and your tracking number is no longer updating, we advise contacting USPS to place a trace on the package.
Lexli processes most customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
All orders are shipped via ground delivery with transit time typically ranging from 4 to 7 days, depending upon your shipping address. Please note that Lexli does not guarantee delivery estimates. Factors beyond the company's control can impact transit times. (See "Current Shipping Delays," below.)
Lexli offers free shipping on orders of $40 or more that are shipped within the continental United States only. Additionally, free shipping promotions are valid only on orders shipped within the continental United States. For those orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement to receive free shipping, a shipping fee of $6 will be added to the order if the recipient is in the continental United States. Orders shipped outside the continental United States are charged a shipping fee calculated by our shipping partners, as shown in checkout.
International Shipping is available on our site for select countries. Shipping rates are calculated by our shipping partners, including USPS, UPS or FedEx. If you encounter any problems, or your country is not indicated on the list, please contact us.

90-Day Money-back Guarantee
Lexli stands behind the performance of its products and, therefore, offers a no-hassle money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a Lexli product for any reason, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (877) 893-3417 or (701) 893-3417 within 90 days of ordering. Please include details regarding the issue or your dissatisfaction and note whether you are requesting a return or replacement. You will be required to send the product back to Lexli so your return or replacement can be processed.
All returned products must be in their original packaging. Purchases returned within 1-30 days will be credited back to the original form of payment. Returns made within 31-90 days will receive a Lexli store credit for the value of the product. A product that is no longer in it's original packaing cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping returned products back to Lexli for refund.
