We're excited to begin a new series on the Lexli blog that profiles some of the salons, spas, licensed estheticians and physicians who retail the Lexli line. To kick it off, we're introducing you to Josef's, an organization with which Lexli has had a long relationship; one that is helping to educate the next generation of estheticians.
Tell us about your business:
Josef's School of Hair, Skin and Body has been a part of the Fargo-Moorhead (North Dakota) community since 1960 when it was founded by Josef Olivieri. Today, the organization is owned by his son, Mario Olivieri and has grown to include two campuses.
Josef's mission is to bring the art and sciences of the beauty industry to the next level by continually evolving the curriculum within our cosmetology, skin esthetics and massage therapy programs. Each year, more than 50 students graduate from our programs.
How did you first learn about Lexli?
We try to support local businesses whenever we can. After learning about Dr. Abdullah and Lexli - a fellow Fargo-based business - and evaluating the line, we realized that Lexli products far exceed our expectations and those of our students.
How do you use Lexli products in your practice?
Lexli is used in a wide variety of services throughout the school. Not only do students learn the product line as a foundation to their curriculum, they also receive a full-size student kit upon enrolling in the skin esthetics program.
Josef's School of Hair, Skin and Body is also a Lexli retail center, so not only do clients experience the benefits of the products during a service, they can also purchase the products to continue the treatment at home.
What is your favorite Lexli product and why?
Our students' favorite product is AloeGlyC® because there is no other product out there that even compares. The fact that it has a pH of a doctor's office chemical and can be used every day is mind blowing.
Lexli is a one-of-a-kind skin care line. The affordable luxury with obvious results speaks for itself. Students fall in love and our staff are believers. Thanks Lexli!
