Here’s what you need to know:

  • Final Orders: The last day to place an order at Lexli.com is October 31, 2025. After this date, our website will be shut down.
  • Final Sale: All orders placed on or after October 7, 2025 are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns: The last day to initiate a return (for orders placed prior to October 7) is Friday, October 10.
  • Rewards Points: All Lexli ALOE Rewards points expire on October 31, 2025. Please apply your points toward an order this month, as they will have no value beyond our closing date.
  • Customer Support: As we begin to say farewell to members of our team, customer service availability will be extremely limited. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a response to any inquiries.
  • Promotions: No new promotions will be offered. All existing promotions will be honored until October 31.
  • Subscriptions: Current Auto-Replenish orders will continue through October 31. Orders due to renew on November 1 or later will not renew.
