    Lexli Product Sales

    May I sell Lexli products on my website?

    With prior written approval via a signed Online Sales Agreement, active members of the Lexli Professional Program are authorized to carry Lexli products in their online store. Please note that completing this agreement limits you to sales only on a website that you directly own and manage. Product featured on the online store must reflect inventory that you actively carry. Please reach out to Lexli at customers@lexli.com to discuss online sales further.

    May I put Lexli products on sale?

    Orders

    Is there a minimum order requirement?

    Lexli has a $200 minimum order requirement to receive free shipping. Orders less than that amount certainly can be made but will incur a $6 shipping fee.

    How do I change or cancel an order that I already placed?

    Changes to existing orders cannot be made online. Lexli's fulfillment team works to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to process a change or cancellation. Please email or call our Customer Service team as soon as possible for assistance with your order modification at customers@lexli.com or (877) 893-3417.

    Does Lexli offer drop-shipping services?

    Yes, active members of the Lexli Professional Program may place orders that are delivered directly to your clients' doorstep. Please ensure that, when placing the customer's order in the storefront, you enter your contact information and details in the "Billing" area and your customer's contact information and details in the "Shipping" area. Because drop-ship orders reflect wholesale pricing, you are required to pay for the order at the time it is placed. You are responsible for billing your client separately at the retail price. Orders that do not include the professional's information in the billing section will not be shipped.

    If my client is unhappy with their Lexli purchase, may I return the product to Lexli for a refund?

    If your client has requested a return, please contact Lexli at customers@lexli.com. Returns must be made without 30 days of the date they purchased from you, as evidenced by a sales record. You will receive a return authorization number and must send the product back to Lexli. Please note that Lexli does not cover return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the return, Lexli will issue the wholesale product price back to you. You are responsible for issuing a refund back to the client/customer for the retail price they paid.

     

    Referrals

    Does Lexli offer an incentive for referring other licensed professionals?

    Yes! If you refer another licensed aesthetic professional and they open a wholesale account, be sure they mention your name. After they place their opening order, you will receive a code good for 10% off.

    How do I update the phone number, mailing address or email address linked to my account?

    Email addresses are unable to be updated online. Please reach out to our customer service team at customers@lexli.com for assistance with your email update.

    Phone numbers and mailing addresses may be changed by logging into your Lexli customer account and clicking the person icon at the top right corner of the screen. From here, click "Profile." On the following screen, click the pencil icon next to your name, phone or address. This will allow you to update it. 

    Where can I find my order history?

    Log into your Lexli customer account at www.lexli.com, then click the person icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will bring up your order history.

    Can another individual order Lexli at wholesale using my login credentials?

    Lexli account credentials may only be used by the individual named on the account. Sharing your credentials with others is strictly prohibited per the Lexli Professional Program Terms & Conditions. If there is another staff member at your location who should have access to the Lexli Professional Program storefront, please contact us at customers@lexli.com with details so we can create a secondary account for them, under your business.
