It’s the holiday season and December will have come and gone before we know it. While we are in the midst of holiday parties and gatherings, school functions, work, decorating the tree and more, finding the time to put ourselves together to attend all of the events can be overwhelming. Even with the hecticness of the season, we all want to look and feel our best on those days we celebrate with our friends, relatives, co-workers and more. Rock your holiday gatherings with these tips to help you feel confident and look your best.
Under 20 Minute At Home Facial
This is my favorite time of year, and it is also one of the busiest. With many flights, business events, and family parties, my secret weapon prior to attending a party or event? Lexli Lightening Lift, an aloe vera face mask. This at-home facial takes approximately ten minutes to dry, is easily washed off, and leaves my skin uplifted and looking its absolute best.
Puffy or Tired Eyes Quick Fix
'Tis the season for stress, cocktails, and little sleep - all of which can lead to tired or puffy looking eyes. For a quick fix from, take an ice cube and rub under your eyes to help reduce the inflammation.
Let Your Hair Shine
To repair, revive, and make your hair shine, try a hair serum with shimmer. It’s the perfect pick-me-up for your hair and makes a great stocking stuffer for teens.
Quick Mood Boost
Let’s face it, sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to run out the door one more time. To boost my mood, I turn on
some Frank Sinatra, spray my favorite perfume, burn my favorite holiday candle while I am getting ready, or use essential oil spray to uplift my surroundings. Lastly, peppermint tea will always give me that little pick-me-up to encourage me to keep going and warm me up from the inside out.
Red Carpet Wardrobe Ready
Always be ready to look your best by taking your top three
dresses or outfits to your nearest dry cleaner. Put them in a special place so you don’t even have to think about what you are going to wear. Having your favorites cleaned and pressed professionally will make you feel like a million bucks.
Show The Host/Hostess Some Love
Whatever the occasion, the host/hostess deserves some recognition. I always bring a special bottle of champagne to show gratitude. So I don't forget, I always keep an extra bottle of champagne in a cabinet to grab and go when invited to something last minute.)
