Why does Lexli use a base of aloe vera in its products?
Nearly all other skin care products use a base of water in their products, an ingredient that offers no benefit to the skin. Lexli uses organic, pharmaceutical-grade aloe vera because it is clinically proven to penetrate skin tissue where it can encourage skin healing, reduce inflammation and act as an antimicrobial. Do Lexli products include parabens?
No. All Lexli products are paraben-free.
Are Lexli products tested on animals?
No. In fact, the entire Lexli line is certified by Leaping Bunny to be cruelty-free.
Where are Lexli products manufactured?
Lexli products are crafted in small batches in Texas.
The consistency of my jar of AloeGlyC has changed. Is it still safe to use?
Absolutely! As AloeGlyC ages, the consistency changes, becoming thinner and darker. This is normal and does not impact the effectiveness of the product. In fact, the product actually increases in potency as it ages. The consistency may also change when AloeGlyC is exposed to higher temperatures, such as when left in an enclosed car. To thicken the product, stir it and place in the refrigerator overnight. Stir again when you remove it. If you prefer your product maintain the thicker consistency, we advise storing it in a refrigerator.
Is it safe to use Lexli products while pregnant or nursing?
All Lexli products, including the acne line, are safe to use during pregnancy. However, we advise talking with your physician, as some medical professionals prefer their patients do not use products with salicylic acid (found in our acne products) or glycolic acid (found in AloeGlyC and Day Moisturizer with SPF 30) when pregnant. Therefore, it ultimately is a personal choice.
Do Lexli products expire?
Lexli products have a three-year shelf life, as indicated by the expiration date stamped on each product.
Where can I buy Lexli products?
Lexli products can be purchased from select licensed estheticians and physicians throughout the United States. Additionally, the full line is available here on our retail site. Lexli offers a limited product offering on Amazon.com.
Can I purchase Lexli products outside the United States?
International orders may be made here on our website. We currently do not have distribution outside the United States.
Do you offer samples of your products?
Lexli offers travel sizes of most of our products, which provide customers with an excellent opportunity to try before committing to a larger size. These sizes are found on each product page.
Do you offer an option to subscribe and save on Lexli products?
We do! On each product page, you have the option of setting up "auto replenishment," which allows you to save 5% on the product while ensuring it is always in hand when you need it.
How do I track my order?
You may view your orders by logging into your Lexli customer account, going to the "My Account" page and clicking the "View My Orders" button. Additionally, customers receive a confirmation email after placing an order and again when an order ships.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Lexli offers gift cards that can be mailed to you or the recipient and digital gift certificates that can be sent via email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Currently, USPS is experiencing longer processing times and shipment delays. Because most Lexli orders are shipped via USPS, this issue may affect the shipping time of our customers' packages. Learn more about Lexli shipping speed at our shipping and returns page.
What if my order appears to be lost?
According to USPS, First-Class Mail® is expected to arrive within 1-5 business days and Priority Mail® in 1, 2 or 3 business days from the time it leaves the Lexli facility, however, these estimates are not guaranteed and, currently, USPS is experiencing delays. We advise that customers watch the tracking number included in their shipment confirmation email to determine if their package is still in transit. If it has been 14 or more business days from the date of mailing and the package tracking is no longer updating, please reach out to Lexli customer service for assistance. Please note that we offer Route package protection to ensure that your shipment is 100% covered in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged.
What is Route?
Lexli has partnered with Route to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience. It is an optional package protection and tracking service that may be added to your Lexli order for just $0.98 for orders under $100 or 2% of the order total for those over $100.
Should you choose to add Route to your order at checkout, your package is 100% covered in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged. Should something happen to your package, simply complete the Route online claim form, and your package will be quickly replaced or refunded.
Route also offers a downloadable order tracker that allows you to get shipping updates from checkout to delivery.
